Woodside and Burlingame are an even 5-5 against one another since May of 2019, but likely not for long. The Wildcats are taking a road trip to square off against the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodside is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak.

On Thursday, Woodside didn't have quite enough to beat Carlmont and fell 4-3.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Burlingame took on San Mateo on Wednesday. The Panthers came up short against the Bearcats, falling 12-0. The Panthers have struggled against the Bearcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Burlingame's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Woodside, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.

Woodside was able to grind out a solid victory over Burlingame in their previous meeting back in April, winning 9-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
