Cabot has gone a perfect 10-0 against Little Rock Southwest recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Panthers will square off against the Gryphons at 10:57 a.m. The last three games Cabot has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Last Tuesday, Cabot didn't have quite enough to beat Little Rock Christian Academy and fell 4-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Little Rock Southwest came into Monday's contest having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let ESTEM get on the board and left with a 7-0 victory on Monday.

Little Rock Southwest's win bumped their record up to 3-15. As for Cabot, their loss dropped their record down to 10-7.

Everything went Cabot's way against Little Rock Southwest when the teams last played back in March, as Cabot made off with a 26-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
