Volleyball Recap: Wheatland-Grinnell Extends Winning Streak to Four

It's playoff time, and Wheatland-Grinnell had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the Triplains/Brewster Titans by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Thunderhawks sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Their offense was headlined by Jayden Wood and Aliviah Ball, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Evangeline Godek and her 19 assists. Brielle Hanna controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Wheatland-Grinnell's victory bumped their record up to 24-13. As for Triplains/Brewster, they are on a 58-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-29.

Wheatland-Grinnell has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Northern Valley on the 21st. Triplains/Brewster does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
