Game recap: Cazenovia High School Football Team defeats Cortland

CAZENOVIA, N.Y. - Cazenovia (N.Y.) extended its winning streak to eight games with a 43-0 victory over Cortland (N.Y.) on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a touchdown run by Jake Wozniak in the first quarter, the Lakers were up 33-0 at the half.

Cazenovia grew its lead to 41 points entering the fourth quarter. The Lakers scored once in the quarter on a Noah King touchdown run.

Cazenovia went into the matchup giving up only 15.1 points per game.

The Lakers also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 31-13.
