Volleyball Recap: Gregory-Portland Takes a Loss

Gregory-Portland's tournament run continued when they took on Wimberley on Thursday. The Wildcats took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Texans.

Gregory-Portland's defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Wimberley, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 18-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Gregory-Portland will venture away from home to square off against Carroll at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wimberley, they will head out to take on Blanco at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Texans are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
