Recap: Harmony School of Discovery Tigers vs. Boling Bulldogs
This season hasn't been kind to the Harmony School of Discovery Tigers, who are still winless after their tenth match. They were dealt a 71-31 defeat at the hands of Boling on Tuesday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Harmony School of Discovery in their matchups with the Bulldogs: they've now lost eight in a row.
Despite the loss, Harmony School of Discovery saw an underclassman step up: Adedayo Adelakum scored 13 points along with six rebounds and two blocks. Adelakum has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last five times he's played. Messiah Graves was another key contributor, scoring five points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Harmony School of Discovery dropped their record down to 0-10 with that defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Boling, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-12.
Harmony School of Discovery will take on the Brahmas at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. East Bernard presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Tigers in Texas (the Brahmas are ranked 761st, while the Tigers are ranked 1605th). As for Boling, they will head out on the road to face off against the Leopards at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Van Vleck will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
