Liberty Christian's win came from a few key players Anderson Prep Academy will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Monte Dillard Jr, who almost dropped a double-double with 29 points and nine rebounds. Dillard Jr is also crushing it when it comes to blocks: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Kendrick Martin, who went 7-for-15 to rack up 16 points and seven steals.
The win got Anderson Prep Academy back to even at 2-2. As for Liberty Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Anderson Prep Academy has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 24.8 boards per game. However, it's not like Liberty Christian struggles in that department as they've been averaging 27.7 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
