Football Recap: Dracut Takes a Loss

Dracut was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 35-6 defeat at the hands of the Tewksbury Memorial Redmen. The Middies were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-0.

Dracut's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Tewksbury Memorial, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Coming up, Dracut will head out to take on Billerica Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give the Middies their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Tewksbury Memorial, they will square off against North Andover at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
