Marshall and Covenant Christian squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Marshall had to settle for second. They took a hard 59-43 fall against the Covenant Christian Chargers. The Redhawks' defeat signaled the end of their 13-game winning streak.

Marshall's loss dropped their record down to 20-7. As for Covenant Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season.
