Volleyball Recap: Bedford Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Bedford suffered their biggest loss since September 16th on Monday. They lost 3-0 to the Bishop Carroll Huskies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in August.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-18, 25-9.

Despite the loss, Bedford still got an impressive performance from Rylee Lybarger, who had six digs and two aces. Lybarger is on a roll when it comes to aces, as she's now served two or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Bedford has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season. As for Bishop Carroll, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-10-2 record this season.

Bedford does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bishop Carroll, after both having extra time off, they and Portage will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
