Football Recap: Del Sol Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Del Sol fell victim to Dos Pueblos and their airtight defense on Friday. They took a blow against the Chargers, falling 56-0.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dos Pueblos to victory, but perhaps none more so than Drew Schultz, who rushed for 52 yards and one TD, and also threw for 71 yards and one touchdown. The dominant performance also gave Schultz a new career-high in passer rating (135.4). Another pass catcher making a difference was Micah Barnhart, who picked up 112 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Del Sol's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Dos Pueblos, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Del Sol will host Royal at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Dos Pueblos, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Ventura at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
