Football Recap: Aragon Dons vs. Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS
Aragon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell to the Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS 14-9. The Dons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the FIGHTING KNIGHTS apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2023.
A big part of Hillsdale's victory came down to the chemistry between Casey Strezo and his top target JACK HAYWOOD. Strezo threw for 149 yards and a touchdown while HAYWOOD picked up 132 receiving yards and a touchdown. HAYWOOD showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 55 yards.
Aragon's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Hillsdale, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-5.
As of now, neither Aragon nor Hillsdale have any future games scheduled.
