Porter-Gaud waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with 13 straight wins... but they left with 14. They never let Palmetto Christian Academy get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. Considering Porter-Gaud have won 14 contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Palmetto Christian Academy from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Sydney Burke led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

Porter-Gaud pushed their record up to 16-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those six games. As for Palmetto Christian Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Porter-Gaud will square off against Bishop England at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Palmetto Christian Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Ashley Hall at 5:00 p.m. on the 22nd.
