Football Recap: Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman Comes Up Short

Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman lost against Salt Fork back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Buffaloes were dealt a 48-20 defeat at the hands of the Storm.

Several Buffaloes players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was William Runyan, who picked up 110 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. Runyan showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 51 yards. Another passer making a difference was Landon Heck, who threw for 247 yards and three TDs.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Salt Fork, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 55-19 loss against Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin on the 17th. As for Salt Fork, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 28-7 defeat against Oakwood on the 17th.
