Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Cherokee Bluff walked away with it. They blew past the North Clayton Eagles 71-45 on Wednesday. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 20 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Cherokee Bluff's fourth in a row) raised their record to 21-8. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points over those games. As for North Clayton, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-12.

Looking ahead, Cherokee Bluff will challenge Dougherty on Friday. North Clayton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
