Basketball Recap: Hamtramck Takes a Loss

Hamtramck was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Central Academy Falcons and fell 61-21. The game marked the Cosmos' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Hamtramck's loss dropped their record down to 9-13. As for Central Academy, they moved to 3-7 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Hamtramck has already played their next contest, a 53-24 win against Ottawa Hills on the 18th. As for Central Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Whiteford at 6:30 p.m.
