Winning always takes teamwork, but on Friday Hayden Frost stepped things up a notch to give Falls Church the 'W'. Frost turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Frost and Falls Church will challenge Lewis at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
