Volleyball Recap: Nederland Comes Up Short

If Nederland was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Vidor on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clear Lake Falcons on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-9.

Nederland now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Clear Lake, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Nederland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Angleton on the 21st. As for Clear Lake, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Bellaire on the 21st.
