Softball Recap: Fort Defiance Picks Up Sixth Straight Win on the Road

Fort Defiance won the last time they faced Riverheads and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Indians walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Gladiators. The game was the first time the Indians have beaten the Gladiators on their field since May 20, 2022.

Fort Defiance's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-5. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Riverheads, they now have a losing record of 6-7.
