Rutherford had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.2 points) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Midland Park Panthers by a score of 70-60. This was a revenge game for the Bulldogs: when they faced off against the Panthers back in January, they had to take a 61-57 defeat.

Rutherford's victory bumped their record up to 12-13. As for Midland Park, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Rutherford will head out to challenge Fair Lawn at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Midland Park, they will venture away from home to square off against Elmwood Park at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
