Soccer Recap: Miller Grove Has No Trouble Against Redan

Miller Grove hadn't done well against Redan recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Miller Grove Wolverines' defense stepped up to hand the Redan Raiders a 4-0 shutout. That four goal margin sets a new team best for the Wolverines this season.

Aida Morales was the driving force of Miller Grove's attack as she scored all four of Miller Grove's goals, bringing her season total up to four goals.

The win made it two in a row for Miller Grove and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miller Grove will take on Drew Charter at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Redan will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on South Atlanta at 5:30 p.m. on March 11th.
