Basketball Recap: Liberty Hill Takes a Loss

Liberty Hill was the 56-55 winner over Cedar Park when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Liberty Hill Panthers took a 55-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cedar Park Timberwolves on Tuesday. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Panthers came into the matchup with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked tenth, while the Timberwolves are ranked 51st).

Liberty Hill's loss dropped their record down to 31-4. As for Cedar Park, they pushed their record up to 24-8 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road.

As of now, neither Liberty Hill nor Cedar Park have any future games scheduled.
