Soccer Recap: Beyer Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Beyer, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 5-3 win over the Livingston Wolves on Thursday. Considering the Patriots' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

With the victory, Beyer broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-8. As for Livingston, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-6-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beyer will venture away from home to face off against Central Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Central Valley will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Beyer surely won't give up without a fight. As for Livingston, they will head out on the road to challenge Grace Davis at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Grace Davis' last three contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
