Baseball Recap: Santaluces Comes Up Short

The Santaluces Chiefs came up short against the Treasure Coast Titans on Wednesday, falling 16-4. The Chiefs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Santaluces saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ryan Giel, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Santaluces' defeat dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Treasure Coast, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Santaluces will square off against Leonard at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Santaluces is facing Leonard at the right time seeing as Leonard is stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Treasure Coast, they will face off against Central at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
