Walter threw for 291 yards and four touchdowns and Troyer had 83 yards receiving. Matt Ridenour helped Garaway's passing attack out by catching three balls for 80 yards.

Cobin Plessinger was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 16 carries, he ran for 110 yards as Malvern topped Newcomerstown. Jalen Graves also contributed to the rushing game with 58 yards on the ground.

The Cardinals' Sam Groff needs only 90 yards against Malvern next week to surpass 1,000 rushing yards for the season. Groff has rushed for 910 yards on 120 carries so far this year.

Garaway's Mullet is only 80 receiving yards away from breaking 1,000 receiving yards this season as he enters this week's game against the Strasburg-Franklin.

A big matchup in Inter-Valley this week will be when Dave Tucci's team takes on Sandy Valley. As it stands, the Hornets are in second, while John Groff's team is in fifth.

Ridgewood was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fifth to third in the league. The Generals beat the Tigers 35-0 earlier in the week.
