Volleyball Recap: Highland Park Victorious

Highland Park won the last time they faced Wylie and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Scots came out on top against the Pirates by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Scots.

Highland Park had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 16-25, 25-17, 25-16, 25-18.

When it comes to explaining why Wylie lost, don't look at Jolene Bao. Despite the final result, she had 33 digs and four assists.

Highland Park's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Wylie, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Highland Park didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Hockaday on the 14th. As for Wylie, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Prestonwood Christian on the 14th.
