Basketball Recap: Nandua Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cambridge-South Dorchester, Nandua was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They pulled ahead with a 29-28 photo finish over the Rappahannock Raiders. For the Warriors, this counts as revenge for the 45-24 win the Raiders walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2019.

The victory got Nandua back to even at 2-2. As for Rappahannock, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Nandua will be home for the holidays to greet Salisbury at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Rappahannock, they are taking a road trip to challenge Middlesex at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Rappahannock is facing Middlesex at the right time seeing as Middlesex is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
