Basketball Recap: Olympus Gets the Win

Olympus won the last time they faced Skyline and things went their way on Thursday too. The Olympus Titans came out on top against the Skyline Eagles by a score of 56-48. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Titans.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Beau Bierman, who went 5-for-11 en route to 16 points. Bierman is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 50% in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jase Bishop, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 12 points and four steals.

Olympus' record is now 20-3. As for Skyline, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games, which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season.

Olympus does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Skyline, they will challenge West at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Skyline is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 55.7 points per game this season.
