After each having a week off, the Woodland Christian Cardinals and the Bradshaw Christian Pride will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Woodland Christian's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed two weeks ago. They breezed past Golden Sierra to the tune of 53-0. Winning may never get old, but the Cardinals sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Isaiah Hunt was his usual excellent self, throwing for 402 yards and three touchdowns while completing 89.3% of his passes. That's the most passing yards he has posted since back in August. A healthy portion of Hunt's aerial production (124 yards to be exact) went to Elliott Holleman.
Woodland Christian didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Malachi Durham, Cesar Abraham Villegas, Noah Hinkle, and Malakai Baker picked up one apiece. Abraham Villegas has been hot, having also posted eight or more total tackles the last five times he's played.
Meanwhile, Bradshaw Christian made easy work of Rosemont last Friday and carried off a 32-6 win. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 25-0.
Woodland Christian better keep an eye on Devin Hatcher. He was instrumental in Bradshaw Christian's win, rushing for 107 yards and a pair of scores on only ten carries, while also picking up 30 receiving yards. Mason Billington also helped out as he racked up 109 rushing yards.
Bradshaw Christian was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 260 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 260 rushing yards in five consecutive contests.
Woodland Christian's record now sits at 9-1. As for Bradshaw Christian, their record is now 8-2.
