            The Douglas Eagles will head out on the road to  take on  the Cullman Bearcats  at 6:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication,  the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
On Friday, Douglas made easy work of Arab  and carried off  a  5-1 victory. With the Eagles ahead  3-0 at the half, the  match was all but over already.
They hit Arab with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from  Brian Conriquez (3),  Elie Pierre,  and  Luis Conriquez.
 Meanwhile, Cullman came tearing into  Tuesday's  game with three straight wins  (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.3 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp  8-2 win. Considering the Bearcats have won four contests by more than three  goals this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Cullman's victory was  their fourth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 5-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  scored 25  goals over those four  matches. As for Douglas,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-1.
