Monarch has gone 8-1-1 against Deerfield Beach recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Monarch Knights will be home for the holidays to greet the Deerfield Beach Bucks at 5:00 p.m. Given that both suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Monarch came up short against Everglades on Wednesday, falling 5-2. The loss continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Gators: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Deerfield Beach fell victim to Nova and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Titans by a score of 1-0.

Monarch now has a losing record at 3-4-2. As for Deerfield Beach, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3-1.
