Basketball Recap: Lahainaluna Comes Up Short

Lahainaluna was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 79-39 defeat at the hands of the Kamehameha Kapalama Warriors. The game marked the Lunas' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lahainaluna's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Kamehameha Kapalama, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Lahainaluna will head out to challenge Baldwin at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kamehameha Kapalama, they will take on Kaiser at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
