Baseball Recap: Questa Comes Up Short

Questa was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 12-2 to the Cimarron Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 15-2 on Thursday.

Questa saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ricardo Leon Jr., who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Leon Jr. also brought in an RBI, marking his first of the season.

Questa's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Cimarron, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Looking ahead, Questa will welcome Clayton at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cimarron, they are headed away from home for the first time to take on Penasco at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
