Softball Recap: Green Level Takes a Loss

Green Level lost against Middle Creek back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Gators took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Green Level saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alexa Agostini, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases and two runs. Agostini has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played. Emilia Lyven was another, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Green Level's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Middle Creek, their record now sits at 8-9.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Green Level is set to take on their familiar foe Apex Friendship at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Middle Creek will challenge rival Panther Creek at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
