Minooka waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took down the Yorkville Foxes 54-37. That looming 54-37 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Indians yet this season.

Minooka was led to victory by Madelyn Kiper and Naya Carter. Kiper dropped a double-double with 24 points and 12 rebounds, while Carter shot 47% from the field en route to 20 points along with seven boards and five steals. Kiper's big performance that evening made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least 19 points. Chloe Juskiewicz also deserves some recognition as she pulled down her first board of the season.

Minooka smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive rebound total in three consecutive games.

Minooka's record now sits at 6-1. As for Yorkville, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-2 record.
