Tate won the last time they faced Booker T. Washington and things went their way on Thursday too. The Tate Aggies blew past the Booker T. Washington Wildcats 24-1.

Taite Davis made a splash no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. Davis was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with one RBI.

In other batting news, Nathan Ozuna was a standout: he got on base in all five of his plate appearances with one home run, five runs, and two RBI. Hunter Clayton was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one double.

Tate always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .630. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Booker T. Washington only posted an OBP of .353.

The win got Tate back to even at 1-1. As for Booker T. Washington, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
