Preview: Royalton-Hartland Rams vs. Albion Purple Eagles
After three games on the road, Royalton-Hartland is heading back home. They will take on the Albion Purple Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Last Friday, Royalton-Hartland had to suffer through a rough 65-38 loss at the hands of Newfane. Royalton-Hartland has struggled against Newfane recently, as their contest on Friday was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, sadly, Albion is still looking for their first win of the season after nine contests. They were outmatched by Warsaw at home and fell 76-34. While losing is never fun, Albion can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 830th, while Warsaw is ranked 385th).
Royalton-Hartland's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Albion, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-9.
Royalton-Hartland didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Albion when the teams last played back in January, but they still walked away with a 66-60 victory.
