Meanwhile, Lake Havasu had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victor by a 39-17 margin over Shadow Mountain on Tuesday. That looming 39-17 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Knights yet this season.

Verrado better focus on containing Gabby Nieblas and Lexi Tuinstra as the pair were huge in Lake Havasu's win. Nieblas went 5 of 11 on her way to 12 points in addition to six boards and four steals, while Tuinstra posted ten points along with six rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Vivian Velazquez, who put up two points and seven steals.

Lake Havasu smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 13 offensive rebounds in six consecutive contests.

Verrado's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Lake Havasu, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
