Basketball Game Preview: Brock Eagles vs. Brownwood Lions

The Brock Eagles will take on the Brownwood Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Brownwood took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Brock, who comes in off a win.

Brock is returning to their home court after beating Glen Rose on theirs, despite the fact Glen Rose has dominated at home this season. Brock snuck past Glen Rose with a 52-48 win on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Meanwhile, Brownwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 64-63 heartbreaker at the hands of Graham.

Brock has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. As for Brownwood, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-12.

Brock didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Brownwood when the teams last played back in November of 2021, but they still walked away with an 87-82 victory. Does Brock have another victory up their sleeve, or will Brownwood turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
