Reedsport had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8.6 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Eddyville Eagles. The result was nothing new for Reedsport, who have now won 11 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Reedsport's win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Eddyville, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.
