After losing to Selinsgrove the last time they met, Shikellamy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Braves walked away with a 13-8 victory over the Seals on Tuesday.

Shikellamy got a massive performance out of Natalie Keller, who fired off two home runs, three runs, and four RBI while going 4-for-4. Those home runs marked the first that Keller has launched this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Oakes, who went 2-for-5 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs.

Shikellamy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .459. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .324 or higher in three consecutive games.

Shikellamy's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Selinsgrove, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 4-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shikellamy will host Central Mountain at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Braves surely won't give up without a fight. As for Selinsgrove, they will welcome Danville at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Seals are facing the Ironmen at the right time seeing as the Ironmen are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
