Volleyball Game Preview: Garden Plain Owls vs. Wichita County Indians

The Garden Plain Owls will be taking part in a tournament against the Wichita County Indians at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Garden Plain earned a 2-0 victory over Conway Springs.

Garden Plain never let Conway Springs on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21.

Meanwhile, Wichita County can bid farewell to their three-match losing streak thanks to their match on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Southwestern Heights 2-1.

Wichita County had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 25-12, 25-20.

Garden Plain's record is now 15-5-1. As for Wichita County, their record now sits at 9-11.
