Sunbright came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 52-42 win over the Oliver Springs Bobcats. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Bobcats back in December of 2024, they had to take a 54-43 defeat.

Sunbright's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Levi Walker, who posted 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Noah Bunch, who scored 12 points.

Despite the loss, Oliver Springs still got an impressive performance from Ethan Jones, who put up 23 points. Jones has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Gavin Johnson was another key player, putting up 11 points and six rebounds.

Sunbright has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. As for Oliver Springs, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-13.
