Bluffton hadn't done well against Adams Central recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Tigers won by a set and slipped past the Flying Jets 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in August.

Bluffton wouldn't go down easily and took Adams Central into a fifth set where they got it done with a six-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 26-28, 22-25, 25-20, 15-9.

Jencee Foster and Daisy Hindenlang certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Foster had 12 digs and one assist, while Hindenlang had five kills. Hindenlang is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Bluffton's win bumped their record up to 6-13. As for Adams Central, they dropped their record down to 9-10 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Bluffton has already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Eastbrook on the 25th. As for Adams Central, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian on the 25th.
