Volleyball Recap: Eastbrook Academy Comes Up Short

Eastbrook Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Racine Lutheran Crusaders.

Racine Lutheran found their leader in freshman Sophia Schatzman, who had ten digs and one assist.

Eastbrook Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Racine Lutheran, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-9.

Coming up, Eastbrook Academy will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Hmong American Peace Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Racine Lutheran, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Martin Luther on the 4th.
