Clearview never let their opponents score on Friday. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 30-0 victory over the Wellington Dukes. The Clippers pushed the score to 23-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Dukes had little chance of recovering from.

Kameron Williams was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 92 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 71 yards and one TD. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in rushing touchdowns (two).

Clearview's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Wellington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

Coming up, Clearview will be playing at home against Firelands at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wellington, they will challenge Oberlin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Dukes will be up against the Phoenix's rather soft defense (which has allowed 30 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
