Moundridge is 7-2 against Lyons since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wildcats will be taking part in a tournament against the Lions at 7:30 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

On Friday, Moundridge got the win against Elyria Christian by a conclusive 64-40. The victory continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with Elyria Christian: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Lyons gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They put the hurt on Ellsworth with a sharp 54-34 win. The Lions not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since January 21st (when they won 66-32).

Moundridge beat Lyons 52-40 when the teams last played back in December of 2024. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
