Softball Preview: Fairview Tigers vs. Seneca Bobcats        
        
		
            
 The Fairview Tigers will head out on the road to  take on  the Seneca Bobcats at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. Fairview is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road.
 Fairview is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 22  runs  on Monday, they were much more limited against Northwestern  on Tuesday. They lost  12-2 to the Wildcats.
  Taylor Polach was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring a  run and  stealing two bases while going 3-for-3. She hasn't dropped below three  hits for three straight games.  Jocelyn Terella was another key contributor,  going 1-for-2 with a  triple, a  run,  and  an  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Seneca was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They lost  10-0 to Harbor Creek. The  game marked the first time this year in which Seneca was not able to get on the board.
 Fairview's defeat dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Seneca, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
 Fairview skirted past Seneca  9-7 in their previous meeting  back in May of 2023. The rematch might be a little tougher for Fairview since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
