Worth County strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came out on top against the Jeff Davis Yellowjackets by a score of 26-14. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Rams also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Worth County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kaden Chester, who rushed for 68 yards and two touchdowns, and also picked up 50 receiving yards. Chester has been hot, having posted two or more rushing touchdowns the last five times he's played. Treshaun Jones was another key back, rushing for 84 yards and one score.

Worth County's record now sits at 10-0. As for Jeff Davis, they moved to 7-2 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Worth County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Jeff Davis, they will head out on the road to face off against Fitzgerald at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Purple Hurricane's defense has only allowed 11.1 points per game this season, so the Yellowjackets' offense will have their work cut out for them.
