Botkins lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Bradford, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's contest. The Trojans blew past the Railroaders 16-3 on Friday. The Trojans' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Botkins is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.0 runs over those games. As for Bradford, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with the loss, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.

Botkins didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-4 win against Fairlawn on the 9th. As for Bradford, they will be playing at home against Troy Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
